Saturday December 9:
> From 9 a.m. to 13 p.m.: Place du Champ de Foire
Road Rescue Demonstration: Maneuvers, First Aid Stand with The Red Cross
Running (12/15 km); Nordic Walking (10/12 km); Hiking (8/10 km)
Registration 9:30 a.m. - Departure 10 a.m. / €5 race or €12 race meal drink
> Planète Gym - RPM Bike & Dietetic Conference / Minimum donation €5
3 slots of 50 minutes: 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Dietetic conference: “Breakfast” at 10:45 a.m.
> Dance & Choir with Yakadjole & ChoréArt / €5 entry/donation
14 p.m. Discovery and initiation open to all; 16:30 p.m. Dance show
18 p.m. Concert by the Nervalphonie Choir
> Well-being and relaxation at the Cultural Center from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m. / 20-minute slots - Donation 10 euros
Yoga with Jean Paul Marteau; Plantar reflexology with Marie Gautier; “Kobido” Face Massage with Angélique Dersoir; Sophrology with Gaëlle Athanase; Head massage with Fabienne Gemehl;
Relaxing massage, reflexology with Adeline Tissier
> Evening at the Gossip Club - Evening open to all and minors from 19 p.m. to 23 p.m. Come dress in your most beautiful fluorescent outfit / €5 entry/Donation
Sunday December 10:
> Departure at 10 a.m. from Vélo Naturel - bike route and 50 or 60 km loops
> Café Waiters Race on the Place du Château / Departure at 10:15 a.m.
Agility race open to all (come with your own board)
Information and registration in bars/restaurants // €2 per trip
> Le Skittle bowling from 14 p.m. to 20 p.m.
