Exhibition of monumental art in the park of Ar Milin' and in the city of Châteaubourg. And the Jardin des Arts celebrates its 20th anniversary this year!

Eight monumental works specially created for the anniversary edition
Jardin des Arts returns with the May sun. This year, it is to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the monumental art exhibition that the Parc Ar Milin' and the city of Châteaubourg (35) are hosting eight monumental works created in situ, especially for this anniversary edition. See you now and until September 15, for a poetic stroll in the heart of nature.

Three great figures of Land'Art
For its 20th anniversary, Jardin des arts celebrates natural art, with the creations of three prestigious guest artists. The monumental Panta Rhei by Rainer Gross, a flowing installation made of poplar slats, crossing the park of Ar Milin' to flow into the Vilaine at the foot of the mill.
The telluric work of the renowned Chris Drury, The energy of a stone row, all in granite and logs from the park. Or Dream and Poetics of the Void, the eminently sensitive installations of the French sculptor-vegetalist, Véronique Matteudi.

And young artists who are rising...
In the park and in the city, these monumental works intersect with those of promising young artists such as Clara Burel & Alexis Poumailloux, and their Nature sur Mesure; an installation that questions the place of man in nature by means of a “slate ribbon”.
Or that of Meven Delaunay and his Fezi workshop, which offers Milin ar Evned, nesting boxes for titmouses in terracotta: a total work that is both poetic and committed, for a different architecture. With Auxiliary, Louis Guillaume places us in front of a sun whose golden color is given thanks to the thousands of seeds of Stipa harvested by him, angel hair which come to compose a vegetable screen. Guillaume Le Borgne with Fragment reveals a contrast between real and imaginary his three young willows placed in the middle of the pond of Ar Milin'.

2002-2022: 20 years of monumental art open to all
Jardin des Arts, with the association Les Entrepreneurs Mécènes, made the bet, 20 years ago, to create a monumental art exhibition, accessible to all. With the arrival of spring, sculptures and installations take place in the alleys of the 5-hectare park, and in the heart of the town of Châteaubourg. In total, 130 artists and more than 300 works were presented to a passionate public, connoisseur or neophyte, faithful to the event, each year.

General public exhibition. Free and free entry, every day.
