This Saturday, April 27, a repair café is organized: try to co-repair your electrical and computer devices, clothes, bicycles, small furniture.
The Repair Café du Pays de Vitré was created in 2019. The principle is to bring together volunteer repairers in the same place every 2 months. The goal is to try to repair objects in order to give them a second life and prevent them from ending up in the trash. Objects put back into service are brought by the public (the repair café is open to all). The team will repair your belongings for free (if you wish, you can leave 5 euros or more in the kitty).
At the Repair Café du Pays de Vitré, vacuum cleaners, clothes, computers, record players, bicycles, televisions, etc. have already been successfully put back into service. Our repairers are volunteers (and if you have any talent, you can ask to join us), who give their time in a friendly atmosphere.
